Living with Diabetes
A diagnosis of diabetes can be overwhelming, as it impacts many aspects of life. While traditional diabetes educational materials focus on blood sugar measurement and management, it's also important to give individuals with type 2 diabetes an evidence-based approach to make and maintain lifestyle changes.
